Estate Manager
The Estate Manager’s responsibility is to ensure that the estate runs efficiently, and to deal with the day-to-day issues i.e. repairs, nuisance, queries etc.
Handy-Person
Handyperson is responsible for ensuring all repairs are carried out to resident’s properties (excluding leaseholders) and communal areas on the estate (that are deemed as the EMB’s responsibility).
Caretakers
The Caretakers are responsible for carrying out the day to day caretaking/cleaning to all blocks including footpaths and car parks on the estate. Should any resident have a complaint regarding staff, the service they receive, neighbours or any nuisance, this may be put in writing or presented in person to the office where the necessary action will be taken to deal with it.
