The caretaking/cleaning duties will be carried out in-house and include:
- Checking and disinfecting of waste chutes and bin areas
- Sweeping, mopping and polishing within all lifts
- Sweeping of all communal areas within blocks, including landings, stairwells and entrance lobbies
- Removal of cobwebs in and around communal areas
- Replacement of light bulbs in communal landings and stairwells
- Sweeping of all communal footpaths, car parks and play areas
- Cleaning and removal of graffiti
- Disposing of large items (with prior arrangement with estate office) to lumber shed (located opposite Keir Hardie House East entrance)
- Grounds Maintenance (green areas, drains)
