- Collection of rent monies and any other charges
- Letting of Dwellings
- Major repairs and maintenance to the main structures as follows:
– The roof or part of it, including tiles and flashings
– Subsidence of the buildings
– Faults in foundations
– bulging of external walls and party walls
– Collapse or serious structural movement in walls, staircases,
Landings and balconies
– Dry rot and other faults in the main joists and in floorboards and
Durable flooring
- Underground drainage and sewage installations
- Lifts (lift number required when reporting fault)
- Communal Aerials and satellites dishes
- The systems for hot water and heating including, boilers, radiators, pipework, hot water storage tanks, pumps, fee and expansion tanks, insulation and the annual servicing of these systems.
- the gas supply pipework from the meter to any appliance and any gas fittings or appliances supplied by the Council
- Ground Maintenance
- Out of Hour’s Repairs
